  • How do I clean my fitness equipment?

    Cleaning your fitness equipment regularly is important to prolonging its lifespan. The first step in the cleaning process is to unplug the equipment. Then you need to wipe down the equipment with a disinfectant spray that you sprayed onto a microfiber cloth. Now your equipment is clean and ready for your next workout.

  • What are some home gym must-haves?

    Home gym must-haves are largely based on your personal fitness goals. Common must-haves include treadmills, dumbbells, gym mats, bench presses, and exercise bikes. Our exercise equipment company has most of your gym must-haves.

  • How long do treadmills last?

    Treadmills can last up to 10 years. On average, they last between 5-10 years. Their longevity is based on their usage rates and how well they are maintained.

  • Should I buy used exercise equipment?

    This is a choice only you can make. We will say that used equipment is more affordable than new equipment. New equipment will last much longer than used equipment and it will have all of the latest fitness technology.

  • Can my exercise bike be connected to my TV?

    It will depend on the type of exercise bike that you purchase. Some bikes can connect to your television through Bluetooth, allowing you to control the volume and change that channel. Be sure to read the product specifications and features if this is a feature you want your bike to have.
